Agreement

By placing an order with BuyPaternityTest.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

Consent

By ordering, you represent that every adult being tested has consented to the test, and that you are the parent or legal guardian of any minor being tested. Ordering a test for an adult without their consent is prohibited and may violate state and federal law.

Home test admissibility

Home paternity test results are not admissible in court and cannot be used for child support, custody, birth certificate corrections, immigration, or Social Security proceedings. If you need a court-admissible result, order our Legal Paternity Test.

Delivery times

Kits typically arrive within 1–3 business days of shipment. Results are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after the lab receives your samples. These are typical times, not guarantees.

Limits of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the U.S. state in which our operating entity is registered. The specific governing state and venue will be published here once the operating legal entity is finalized; until then, U.S. federal consumer-protection law applies. Nothing here waives your statutory consumer rights.
