Order in about 60 seconds. Kits ordered before 4 PM ET ship the same day in plain, unmarked packaging. No product name, no logo on the outside, and a non-identifying billing descriptor on your statement.
Swab at home — 60 seconds per person
No blood, no needles, no appointments. Rub the soft cheek swab firmly on the inside of each participant's cheek for 30 seconds, air-dry for 30 seconds, and seal in the labeled envelope. Safe for newborns; instructions include newborn-specific guidance.
Drop the prepaid mailer
Everything you need to return samples is inside the kit. Prepaid postage, sealed labels, and a plain envelope. Drop it in any USPS mailbox. Tracking is included.
Secure PDF results
1–2 business days after the lab receives your samples, an encrypted PDF arrives at the email you provided. It lists every marker analyzed, the combined paternity index (CPI), and either a 99.99%+ probability of paternity or a definitive 0% exclusion.
The lab that runs your test
Every sample is processed by our AABB-accredited partner laboratory. AABB is the standard U.S. courts require. We also work only with labs that are ISO/IEC 17025 accredited, CLIA certified, and CAP proficiency-tested — the same credentials used by hospital diagnostic labs.
Every sample is run twice by two independent technicians. If any marker is unclear, we re-run at no cost. This is standard practice; not marketing.
