Refund Policy
Full refund within 30 days if the kit is unused. Once the lab has begun processing your samples, the testing cost is not refundable — but we will always re-test at no charge if there's any question about a result.
Unused kit — 30-day refund
If your kit is unused and unopened, we'll refund the full order amount within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is on us. Use our contact form with your order number to start the refund.
Opened kit, samples not returned
If you've opened the kit but haven't mailed the samples, we can refund the lab-processing portion of your order ($60). The kit itself is not refundable once opened. Contact us for the exact refund amount.
Samples received, lab has begun processing
Once the lab has started running your samples, the testing cost is not refundable. This is because the lab work has been performed.
Free re-testing
If any result seems inconsistent with what you know, or if any marker is ambiguous, we re-test at no cost. Samples are stored in cold storage for 90 days, so re-testing typically doesn't require new samples.
Shipping damage or lost kits
If your kit arrives damaged or is lost in transit (either direction), we send a replacement at no charge. Contact us within 30 days of the tracking event.
How to request a refund
Use our contact form with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 business days and appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after that.
